Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.


During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable nationwide shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand soon.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Black Cloud Golf is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, reach out to us at support@blackcloudgolf.com and we’ll help however we can.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-ordered or backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.
